Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital learning plans purchased directly on the Từ Vựng Flow website, operated by CONG TY TU VUNG FLOW. Plans do not renew automatically.
2. Eligible cases
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not substantially used Pro features. You may also request a refund at any time for duplicate or incorrect charges, access not granted after successful payment, or a serious service fault that we do not resolve within a reasonable time.
3. Individual review
Requests after 7 days or after substantial use are reviewed based on the remaining period, usage history and mandatory consumer rights. Fraud, abuse or serious terms violations are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
4. How to request
Email founder@tuvungflow.id.vn with your account email, order code, reason and relevant evidence. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to notify you of the result within 7 business days.
5. Refund method
Refunds are sent through a method appropriate to the original transaction or to a verified account. Arrival time depends on the bank/payment provider. A full refund may end the Pro access granted by that order.
